You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble in your jurisdiction to open an account or place a bet. By using MATKABAJI you confirm that you meet these requirements. We may request identity verification (KYC) at any time and may suspend accounts that fail it.

• One account per person. Duplicate or fraudulently opened accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
• You are responsible for keeping your username, password, and OTP confidential.
• The phone number you register is used for deposit/withdrawal confirmation and account recovery — keep it accurate.

Deposits are processed through approved mobile-financial-service (MFS) channels such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is ৳100. Withdrawals are paid back to a verified account in your name. We may apply limits, fees, or additional checks to prevent fraud and money-laundering. See How to Deposit and Withdrawals.

Bonus and promotional credits — and certain admin-issued balances — may carry a wagering (turnover) requirement. Funds under turnover cannot be withdrawn until the required wager has been completed. Abusing bonuses (e.g. low-risk or arbitrage betting solely to clear turnover) may void the bonus and related winnings. Each promotion's specific terms apply.

All games (cricket exchange, Aviator, Ludo, lottery, and casino) run on server-authoritative engines. Crash/Aviator results are provably fair and can be verified from each round's revealed seed. Use of bots, exploits, collusion, or interference with game mechanics is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Gambling can be addictive. Only stake what you can afford to lose. You can set limits or take a break at any time — see Responsible Play. We reserve the right to close accounts showing signs of harmful play.

MATKABAJI is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for losses arising from network outages, device faults, or events beyond our reasonable control. In the event of an obvious error in odds, payouts, or game results, we reserve the right to void the affected bets.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be announced on the site.
